HOW TO ORDER

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH BMS COMPANY ARE TOP QUALITY, NAME BRAND PRODUCTS. THE MACHINES WILL SERVE YOU FOR YEARS IF YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. ON EXTRACTORS IT IS RECOMMEND THAT YOU VACUUM PRIOR TO EXTRACTING, USE A LIQUID DETERGENT INSTEAD OF A POWDER, RUN A CLEANING AGENT THROUGH THE SOLUTION TANK ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE WAND TO CLEAR THE SYSTEM EVERY SO OFTEN (WHITE VINEGAR WORKS GOOD FOR THIS), AT THE END OF THE DAY LET YOUR VACUUMS RUN FOR A FEW MINUTES TO BLOW THE MOISTER OUT AND DON'T LET THE RECOVERY TANK FILL UP TO THE TOP WHEN EXTRACTING.

ORDER AND RETURN INFORMATION: ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS IF PAID BUY CREDIT CARD.   WE ACCEPT MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS , BANK CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS.   PLEASE SEE MACHINE PAGES FOR SHIPPING COSTS.   ALL MACHINES COME WITH A ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY UNLESS STATED IN THE INFORMATION OF THE MACHINE.   WE SUGGEST CALLING US AT 1-800-784-8870 or (215) 634-8870 TO PLACE AN ORDER OR EMAIL IT TO US AT BASICCL@EROLS.COM.   NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SECURE FORM.   MFG MAY CHANGE PRODUCT SPECIFICATION WITHOUT NOTIFYING US.   WE WILL ATTEMPT TO KEEP YOU INFORMED OF ALL CHANGES. ALL CHANGES WOULD BE FOR THE BETTER. THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE FOR RETURNED OR CANCELED GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.   DAMAGED GOODS FROM SHIPPING MUST BE REPORTED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND US WITHIN 24 HOURS.  INSPECT ALL BOXES FOR DAMAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR THE GOODS.  ALL RETURN GOODS MUST HAVE A RA # BEFORE SHIPPED BACK OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AT OUR LOCATION AND SENT BACK TO YOU. BMS HAS LITTLE CONTROL OF THE PRODUCTS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE.  MOST ORDERS TAKE BETWEEN 5 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.  * There maybe a $35.00 delivery up charge for deliveries made to a residential property , apartment or condo. Please call for details.  This will vary with shipping company and location.
